Hi, I’m John McDougall.
I’m the Exploration Manager for Technology Metals Australia.
We’re here at the RIU Showcase on the Gold Coast speaking to investors about the Murchison Technology Metals Project.
The Murchison Technology Metals project is a vanadium project.
We’re a near term producer.
We’ve got environmental approvals in it.
And we’re busy redoing our definitive feasibility study, which we conducted in 2019.
We’re upgrading our reserves for projects.
We have a feasibility study done on the Gabanintha project.
And the Gabanintha deposit is separate from the Yarrabubba project, which is being integrated at the moment.
So we’re looking at a new production schedule aiming at producing about 12,000 tons of V2O5 as our product to basically the steel market.
But there is a usage for vanadium in new batteries, vanadium redox flow batteries.
These are longlife storage solution for grid power from taking renewables to the market.
