Just wanted to give a little bit of a rehash of an announcement we put out last week on our Golden Boulder Prospect, one of the three main focuses we’ve got at present in our Duketon Project, which is in Western Australia. We’ve got three lines there, what we’re calling the Golden Boulder Main Line, which is a line that extends up into some regions tending to the north.
We’ve got the Golden Boulder East Line, which is what I would call sort of a new line that’s really developing. We do have some workings on there, but not as prolific as what you see on that main line. And then we’ve got Ogilvie’s line, that’s a line we haven’t actually targeted as yet. On the Golden Boulder Main Line,
We’ve now got 1.6 kilometres of contiguous mineralisation, which has been defined in our 2020 RC drilling program, very few holes, but with grades going 5 metres, going up to 3.3 grams per tonne and continuing down and south, there’s new Air Core where we’ve got up to 12 metres going 1.3 grams per tonne. Every hole in that line is hitting anomalous gold.
Importantly, this is just Air Core, this last campaign so very much just first pass drilling. So obviously the next phase here will become underneath with RC. The eastern line is potentially more exciting for us. Here we’ve got up to four kilometres of the prospective stratigraphic horizon, which extends along our tenure that’s been picked up in geophysics and now proven by this Air Core drilling.
So we’re looking at a sedimentary sequence, CHURs and shales abutting ultramafic with the most of the gold sitting in the CHUR. We’ve got grades here, we hit one intercept going eight metres, almost four grams per tonne, including four metres going just under seven grams per tonne at 6.8 grams per tonne. What’s exciting here is this is largely untested. We can see the workings on here.
They’re quite sporadic but they continue to some ground and like that mainline trend that also continues under that hard cap, so very untested. So the next steps for our Duketon Project are going to be obviously coming in and following up our Golden Boulder Prospect. Now with RC targeting deeper, we’ve only hit gold mineralisation of 50 metres and we haven’t drilled further than that.
We’re of course going to follow up at Southern Star. We’ve got an emerging deposit. We want to drill it out and hopefully to find a resource in the near future and then finally we’ve got Amy Clarke which has five kilometres of gold in gold anomalies amid geochemistry.
