My name’s Robin Cox, the Technical Director of Auroch Minerals, soon to be renamed Future Battery Minerals.
We’ve had some really exciting news from our Kangaroo Hills Lithium project in Western Australia.
The first batch of assay results have been received for the phase one drilling program.
Excitingly, all four drill holes have intercepted lithium, caesium and tantalum pegmatites.
Significantly, drill hole KHRC011 intercepted an outstanding 29m @ 1.36% lithium oxide from 38m.
This has confirmed the potential for Kangaroo Hills to host a large scale shallow, lithium rich pegmatite.
Importantly, the mineralised pegmatite remains open to the east, north and south.
While the results of the remaining ten holes of the phase one program remain pending.
The significance of KHRC011 warrants immediate follow up.
The company is currently planning a follow up phase of RC and diamond drilling.
To step out and test the extent of the pegmatite.
Drilling is expected to commence in the coming 1 to 2 weeks.
Once planning and ground preparation works are complete.
I look forward to updating the market with the remaining results of the phase one program once received.
