Hi, I’m Chris Hansen, CEO and Managing Director of Greenstone Resources, and we’re pleased to be here again today at the RIU Explorers conference here in Fremantle.
And we’re incredibly pleased and excited, having announced the transformational merger between Greenstone Resources and Horizon Minerals yesterday.
This is a transformational transaction for our shareholders and, in our opinion, presents a lot of value.
The merger itself was priced at a 90% premium to our last closed price and presents a number of material benefits to our shareholders and also horizon shareholders.
The key benefit being that the merged entity will have a total resource base in excess of 1.8 million oz and it allows for the adoption of a revised strategy that will progress us closer towards commercial production in the near future. Thank you.
